The whole in-house continuous process of silkprint creation is carried out in Haifa Art Printers atelier. The highly professional atelier is equipped with state-of-the art tools that serve to complete the process of creating a print – with no outside help.
The atelier’s prints excel in their precision and in their meticulous variety of colors and shades.
Each one of Oscar prints is created in the classical traditional method. No offset bypass, nor a computerized print (like Giclee) is ever used in our atelier.

A variety of materials is used by the atelier’s artists, thus providing the artist with potential for inspiration: Prints can be produced on high standard paper, wood, glass, ceramics, canvas, aluminum – or any other rigid material that does not exceed 10 cm in thickness.
Our prints are internationally known for their quality and for their pigment resistance. Layers of paint are laid on each other, each representing a shade, creating a long lasting texture, thick and rich in a wide spectrum of tones.
Haifa Art Printers masters of art, strive for perfection, jointly work with the painter to accomplish any challenge, and create an original work of art.
An art print (serigraph, engraving, etching, stone lithograph) is considered to be an original work of art, while reproductions are manufactured by technical means like computerized work, in indefinite quantities, and a limited number of dyes.
Each original silk-print has its own serial number and is hand-signed in pencil by the artist, thus signaling the work-of-art’s authenticity and the artist’s cooperation with the print maker, as well as his supervision over the process.

Next to the artist’s hand signature, the seal of the atelier is stamped on each print, as a proof of quality and commercial ethics. Moreover, a certificate of authenticity is issued with each print, specifying the names of the artist and the work, serial number, sizes and numbers of dyes printed. At the end of the process, all color separations and screens are discarded, so that no extra prints could be produced for the same work of art.
